About

Compassionate Outreach to the Metro East Incorporated is a nonprofit organization whose primary purpose is to provide holistic programs that reduce the rate of recidivism to restore families and communities.

Our goal is to provide programs and services tailored to individuals in transition. Whether through Beyond the Wall, our prison ministry, AngelTree, C4L or REACH, we give tools to empower individuals, transform lives and restore communities.
